Let’s Go Bowling, a legendary California ska band, is near and dear to my heart. It was my old band. Well, years later they are 25! They asked me to create a poster to celebrate the big day and the concert.
This poster needed to reflect the style of the band, which is inherently retro — not only to reflect the mod style typical of a ska band, but also to reflect classic bowling imagery. Retro styling and color choices with new fonts make something vibrant and current.
